These terms apply when you buy and use the Business Owner's Blind Spot Diagnostic (“the diagnostic”) from The Legacy Leader Method (“we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to them.
What you're buying
A one-time online self-assessment for business owners. After you finish it, you get a personal report on screen, which you can save as a PDF. The report includes your primary blind spot, your Business Strength Score, your priorities and a 30-day blueprint. The price is shown on the sales page and at checkout.
Access and use
- Your purchase is for one business owner. Please don't share your access or your report for others to use as their own.
- You get your first attempt plus a retake, for example on day 30 to measure your progress.
- Your report is saved in your browser. Save it as a PDF so you always have a copy.
Not professional advice
The diagnostic is a self-assessment for educational purposes, based on your own answers. It isn't medical, psychological, financial, legal or tax advice, and it isn't a validated psychological test. Please get professional advice for decisions in those areas. Results vary from owner to owner and depend on what you do with the report.
Refunds: the 30-day guarantee
If your report doesn't show you clearly what's keeping you stuck and what to change first, email business@legacyleadermethod.com within 30 days of purchase with the subject line “Refund – Blind Spot Diagnostic”. We'll refund you in full within 5 business days. No questions asked.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank, so we can sort it out quickly. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our content
The diagnostic, its questions, scoring, reports and all website content belong to The Legacy Leader Method. You may keep and print your own report for your own use, but you may not copy, resell or republish the diagnostic or its content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with the diagnostic is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for business decisions you make based on your report.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you purchase applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
