The Legacy Leader Method (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and the Business Owner's Blind Spot Diagnostic, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name and email address, and your business name if you give it.
• Your diagnostic: your type of business, your answers, your results and report, and any feedback or reflections you enter.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical information: basic information your browser sends when you visit, such as device type and pages viewed, through our hosting provider.

How we use it

• To give you access to the diagnostic and deliver your report.
• To send you emails about your purchase, your 30-day blueprint and your day-30 retake.
• To send you occasional information about related services, such as coaching programs for business owners with similar results. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To support you if you contact us, and to process refunds.
• To improve the diagnostic. We may look at results across many owners, without identifying anyone.

Saved in your browser

Your diagnostic progress and report are also saved in your own browser, so you can stop and come back. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting and forms) and our email service provider. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're a customer and for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. Email business@legacyleadermethod.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please email us first and we'll work to resolve it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
